Stitch Fix: Unwrapped

I heard of this great new thing last month: Stitch Fix! It's awesome. You pay $20 for a stylist to pick out clothes just for you. The $20 also goes towards whatever you buy from them. (If the shirt is $48, you only pay $28) You answer questions about what you like, what you don't like, the kinds of clothes you prefer, and even the kind of fit you prefer. It's awesome!

My box came on Friday in the mail. Here's my unveiling of the goodies:

(I love the inside of this box!)

The instructions: look at all of the items, try them ALL on, decide what you like, and check out!

Sweaters oh yeah! You can ask for certain items and this is one of the things I asked for!

Cords that felt di-vine!

This black wrap sweater fit like it was made for me exactly!

This white sweater had the coolest sleeves on it. But I had to send it back since it required a camisole that would stay put in the exact right place all day long... not going to happen while I'm teaching!

This was my favorite though.. This dress was what I kept. It's beautiful and fits like a dream! It's called a 'fit and flare' dress. Apparently very popular right now if you google.. I have almost no time to shop these days though so I wouldn't now. lol

There was also a purse included but I forgot to take a picture of it. Oops! Anyways, it wasn't exactly my favorite of colors.

The great thing is that when you send something back you can fill out and tell them why you didn't keep it. That way when you do another Stitch Fix, it'll be tailored to you even more than the first!

  1. This is so coool! Thanks for sharing... What teacher doesn't need a little retail fix (especially one that's customized).
